View/Edit Deleted Submissions in the Admin UI

So I recently started dropping tables manually using phpMyAdmin on our server for SQL databases used by FT.

I learned for the first time and quite by accident, that FT has been STORING all of the deleted form submissions. This is handy, obviously, for historical purposes. However, we had some sensitive info being stored there (which has since been removed).

My feature request would be to have a UI way to view and purge those deleted form submissions from the Admin UI of FT. And to add some documentation somewhere that explains about deleted submissions being stored in the database (which can also lead to a large database file size).

There's a form feature to choose whether to delete or retain uploaded/attached file when removing submissions.
Nice.

Possibly another one,
let admin decide whether to rename or overwrite file with duplicate names.

Currently, I went into the PHP code to do that. I will loose the changes when update FormTools.

I have a few of feature requests related to Option Lists:

1. Sort Button - The manual positioning feature is wonderful, although it can be tedious if you are maintaining long lists and want to simply sort alphabetically. I propose adding a button that would allow you to reorder your option list alphabetically with one click.

2. Hide Option - It would wonderful to have an option to toggle visibility of an item in the option list. This would help to reduce the size of longer Option Lists that have entries that are no longer valid but must be maintained to prevent "holes" in your database from being created if your were to simply delete the list item.

3. Lookup Control - Style wise it is a no-no to have an exceedingly long drop-down list to scan through. a search enabled drop-down control would help drastically with longer option lists. I am investigating adding this for my needs but have had limited success.

I need client Id inside form table as like submssion Id, so that individual client can able access their own data inside single form and restrict other client data.

I am using this application since 2 years and i have created multiple forms by attaching multiple clients. so that either of any client cannot view other data. The challenge i am facing when i need to have report, i have to export all clients data and attaching manually. Instead of doing such painfull job, if we add client id as foreign key inside form, we can restrict the data and i can display the name of client inside my report.

Please help me in customizing.

It would be great if there was a module created where I could setup automatic reporting that would instantly pull monthly submissions and email the file, or file link, to me to download. This sounds like a HUGE undertaking, but I was wondering if this would ever be an available option?
