Hey Nowton,

Hmm okay. So NO emails are getting sent at all through the form, or some are making it through?

Quote:Is there a way to 'refresh' the mailing behaviour of each form?

No, there's nothing that's cached or anything like that.

If you like, email me your Form Tools login info & the URL of the form so I could take a look directly. (ben.keen@gmail.com). Do mention this thread in the email, too - I tend to lose track otherwise!

Third user now who is also seeing problems with email functionality.

Having the exact same issues with the email functionality as the other two users posted before. It is directly affecting one of my forms and I encountered the problem about 3 weeks ago. But no server or FT2 program changes were ever made on our side to cause the email functionality to stop working. Literally one day it just completely stopped working for that particular form...very bizarre.

I greatly hope this problem can be resolved! Please let me know of any support on this bug.

Ah okay, so some emails get through but not others, and it seems to be email client-specific. Hotmail and Yahoo get it, others don't.

In which case I don't think this is a Form Tools bug... it sounds like there's something on the email clients themselves that's preventing the emails from showing up. Different email clients have different rules for spam. Some insist on having auto-generated emails contain links back to a person or a website. I'm afraid you'll need to look into the clients that are causing problems and find out what they regard as spam.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

This not the case @ my install...test emails to the same recipient arrive just fine. I used Gmail for testing and sending/receiving and that just worked. Emails not showing would mean they arrive in the spambox, but they don't show over there as well. Ben, have you learned anything while being logged in to my install. Is there some debug mode that can be activated so the system logs verbose?

FT has become an important component in my business: cutting it loose may be the best, but expensive option. TIA.
