After Successful Install: "No forms to review" - bojacks - Oct 1st, 2014 I have just installed FT and it seemed the install went perfectly without a hitch. However when I access the FT admin page (.../formtools) to setup a form all I get is: "Forms You currently have no forms available for review." There are no links of any kind on the page to click on and nothing about setting up a new form, just the above statement. Now what? What did I miss? Thanks for your help. RE: After Successful Install: "No forms to review" - alexh - Oct 1st, 2014 Are you logging in as an admin or user/client? If you are logging in as admin, you should see the option on the left side of the screen. If you are logging in as admin, you should see the option on the left side of the screen. I have not logged in as anything yet. After the install I deleted the install folder as instructed. Then when I go to http://mywebsite.com/formtools I get the "You don't currently have any forms to review" message. The page has the green Formtools template but has no links or any other text whatsoever on the page. RE: After Successful Install: "No forms to review" - alexh - Oct 1st, 2014 Hmm, not sure how you are getting that if you aren't logged in. Can you post a screen shot so I can see what you are seeing? Or PM me a link to your site. Alex RE: After Successful Install: "No forms to review" - bojacks - Oct 2nd, 2014 OK. Its fixed. First, I deleted the entire formtools folder and uploaded the files again and reinstalled. Again everything went fine. After deleting the install folder I did login as a administrator and got the same "NO forms to review" message I got before. So I deleted the formtools folder again and this time I downloaded the software from the Formtools site again and now everything works great. Maybe my file were corrupted some how? Thanks for the help. RE: After Successful Install: "No forms to review" - alexh - Oct 2nd, 2014 Glad you got it fixed! |
