That is it! Light Bulb Moment. The email set up. I had removed the Submission ID and the IP Address in the emails and once I put them back in the form works. When you mentioned the emails I remembered somewhere I had seen this type of thing happening a couple of years ago.

BTW the error messages did come, but since there was no error on the form redirect (the script could not complete because of the way the email was set up) there would not be a message.
