No email being sent on submission.

I've installed form tools 2.2.5 via softaculous on our server and everything appears to be working fine using the direct method with our own form except I don't receive an email on submission.

Both test form submissions I made tonight are showing in the database, but I don't see any email options under the admin panel.

Shouldn't there be a tab for emails, templates, etc.?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi,

You will need to setup the email and an event trigger in order to receive an email on submission. The email option in the admin panel should be under:

- Forms
- Select form that you created and click edit icon
- Email tab is next to the View tab

If it's not there Form Tools may not have been installed properly. Under modules you can run a system check to ensure everything is installed properly.
