not a very innovative idea but nice to have and probably not to much time consuming to realize(?):
FORM TOOLS Help Desk Module:
Allowing the clients set up as clients to:
- add and track support requests
- Add attachments
- Reply on existing requests
- Close existing requests
Allowing the clients set up as supporters to:
- Change status of open requests
- Answer on existing requests
- Add attachments
- See if the answers/instructions have been read by the client
It should be already possible with all the existing form tools function
but an easy and fast to set-up module would be nice to have...
One of many other applications FORM TOOLS should be used for...
