Hi Paul,

With Gary's issue, the uninstall was related to a server move and the license was not able to be verified with the move. Here are the exact steps that we had to take to resolve the issue:

- Uninstall from modules interface in Form Tools
- Delete the Report Builder files
- Upload the files again back to the modules directory
- Refresh the modules interface
- Click install and enter the new license

Please let me know if you need a new key generated.
