Thanks very much for giving me access, Jackson - that sure made debugging a lot easier.
Here was the problem & how the steps to fix it. The short answer is that that your installation got a little corrupted during one of the upgrades. This is a known issue, which is why I released the Database Integrity module so that people can check their DB is working properly: http://modules.formtools.org/database_integrity/ What I did was: 1. run that module on all of your tables. It found the following error: the action_location field in the ft_hooks table had the wrong data type. 2. I manually ran this query on your database: Code: ALTER TABLE `ft_hooks` CHANGE `action_location` `action_location` VARCHAR( 100 ) CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci NOT NULL That explicitly change the field type to what it needed to be (a 100 Varchar field) 3. I uninstalled and re-installed the module. And it's all fixed! Hope this helps - do let me know if you run into any other trouble! - Ben

Dear Ben,
You are just awesome!!!!! If this tool has a paid version, we'll definitely purchase it right away! BTW, sometimes it's not easy for us (as a company) to contribute via donations. I checked the [Mass Edit], it's working perfectly. Regards, Jackson |
