Form Tools seems to be exactly what I need, except that I also need to be able to print the submitted fields onto a pre-printed paper form. Is it possible to configure a custom print layout? If not, can someone suggest a method to do this from a MySQL query?

Hi Paul,

Absolutely! The Export Manager module lets you customize exactly how you want the information to be exported / displayed. You can create custom ways using whatever CSS you want to have the info printed.

However, a simpler method may well just be to download the info via Excel or CSV, then print from there.

But either way, it's definitely possible!
