Check out the documentation for the email tab:

Go to the edit form screen for your form, and click on the email tab. You can then configure it to send you an email upon form submission. You will need to add your email address, etc. and then you can figure the content of the email. There is a template in the content field that will display all of the submission data in the email, or you can configure it on your own.
