Nope - that's exactly right. The new version doesn't have that checkbox - I thought it was a bit klutzy.

It's done in a slightly different way. In the email template, add the administrator as a recipient in the Recipients tab. You can add as many recipients in that field as you'd like. 1, 2, 5, 10, 100000000 - doesn't matter! (well, okay, perhaps 100000000 wouldn't work...).
