The submitted information will be stored in FormTools, but I'm not sure what you mean by making another form to search and display records from the orders. If you are looking for a way for you or another client to view all of the orders, that is possible and what formtools does best!
I know the documentation is lengthy, but it should be simple to follow. Good luck!
Hi
thanks for the replay.
I have just created my form successfully, i was playing with it, everything seems to run, but now i have two main problems.
When I enable the email option to send me & the customer an email of the submitted order, the form takes around 3 ~ 4 minutes to finish. and it does send the email. but it take too long.
When I disable email sending, it works very quick and no delays.
The other issue, is I need to use some HTML code like invoice template to be filled int the email templates, but when I paste the code there, and submit a form, nothing happened
Advice?
