Sorry for the wait - I'm just playing catch-up in the forums right now!
Could you try temporarily disabling the Swift Mailer and then do the password reset again? (maybe create a temporary dud Client account for testing).
Very good to know the regular submission emails are being sent & that it's isolated to the forgot password functionality. A number of people have complained about these emails not getting sent, so there's clearly something wonky going on.
