Hi Jan,

A few questions:
- what version of the Form Tools Core are you using?
- are you using the Swift Mailer module?
- do you get any type of error message, or does it say the email has been sent?

If it says the email's been sent, then it has (or it thinks it has) or it's been scheduled by your host to be sent. Also, check your junk mail to see if it's ended up there.
