Hi Oderuyter,

Sure, no problem. To get the login URL for each form, just go into the module from your Modules page then select the form you're interested in. There, click on the fourth "Custom Login" tab.

The default login URL for that particular form is found in the blurb at the top of the page. It's a link. Just right click in your browser and click "Save Location" (or whatever your browser offers!).

The rest of the tab content lets you generate code for a custom login page for that form. For more info on that, see this page:
