Good question... I suppose you could edit the form to include a new "Form" dropdown, which listed the forms and had the appropriate form ID as the option values. Then, when the form is submitted, it would pass that info along in the request.

The one drawback to that would be that everyone would know about the existence of the other forms, so that may not work, depending on your situation.
