Hi braven.

Changing the time offset should change all related submission to that account automatically ..... but Note that you should change the offset for EACH client or it won't change their submissions.
To change the time offset for clients " from administrator panel " go to " Client > Edit ( beside client name ) > Settings > Time offset "
That worked fine for me ... if it didn't work for you i suggest you upgrade to the latest version if you don't have it.
