Wow, it comes bundled with a hosting package now? That feels wrong somehow....
Anyway, the database is actual a MySQL database (I think), so if your hosting provider offers a way to back up your SQLs, then that should do the trick.
If you are savvy, then you can simply do a download and install yourself, rather than via your hosting provider. In other words, download the core and any modules you want, then FTP them to whatever directory you so desire on your web. Follow the instructions (here: http://docs.formtools.org/installation/) and voila! Presto chango!
