Doesn't matter how your browser gets the html that makes up a form.
It can be simple or complex like yours. Form Tools doesn't care either. It is for the most part a simple application that receives and manages name=value pairs that it gets via the http post method.
If your forms(s) consist of multiple form submissions, Form Tools handles that too.
