Hi Oanh,
When you are setting up your email for the form please go through the following steps.
- Email
- Click "Edit" icon
- Recipient(s) tab
- Proceed through the fields for "Click here to specify which form fields are email fields, so you can target them in your email templates." and match the email field to the form field that is assigned to your email
- Return to the Recipient(s) tab
- For the "From" field select "Form Email Field"
