Yes it's pretty simple.
Log in to your Form Tools admin. On the first page you've logged into, you will see your form(s) listed.
In the far right column of your form(s), you will see an icon that looks like a pencil & paper. Click on that icon and you will be taken to the form admin panel.
You will see 4 tabs: Main, Fields, Views & Emails. Click the Emails tab, then the create new email button.
You will see a new 4 tab sub-form that will walk you through the steps necessary for creating a new email.
