Hi,

You will need to setup the email and an event trigger in order to receive an email on submission. The email option in the admin panel should be under:

- Forms
- Select form that you created and click edit icon
- Email tab is next to the View tab

If it's not there Form Tools may not have been installed properly. Under modules you can run a system check to ensure everything is installed properly.
