My client wanted to get a new password as he forgot his password. When asking for a new password, the Form Tools option for sending him a new password via email did not work. I even tried it for him just to verify what was happening, and using his email of record, he never received anything.
Any ideas why he doesn't get a new password? Or even an email? I know the email address is correct as I correspond with him frequently.
