Trying to set-up Formtools in Plesk at GoDaddy ( I used before the Form Mailer )
#1
It use the be quite simple to set-up the FORM MAILER at GoDaddy. Just set-up the e-mail address in the FORM MAILER and voila!
The filled FORM in the website was sent to the specified e-mail address.

How do we do this in the new Form Tools in Plesk at GoDaddy ?

I do not really know PHP Language, how do we do that ?

Which files needs to be modified ?

Thanks in advance for your guidance and help,
JON

Hi Jon,

Other users have had issues with GoDaddy PHP Mail in the past. You might want to use the Swift Mailer module instead: http://modules.formtools.org/swift_mailer/

Joe

Thanks Joe for the quick reply,

I went ahead inside the FORM TOOLS Interface and tried to set-up the FORM of my website of Puerto La Palma.

Here is the link to that web page :

http://puertolapalma.com/real-estate-opp...ct-us.html

The set-up worked quite fine until step 5.

I am joining a screen shot of the interface of FORM TOOLS.

Thanks for your help,

Hey Jon,

You can skip the final step and just add in the fields through the fields interface later.

Hi Joe,

I have just tried that right now, and it does not work.

When i click on NEXT STEP, it just keep "swirling" and does not process the information and it does not update to the next step .....

I am not to sure if i understand your question.....

My FORM is already in the website online, and i have followed all the other steps succesfully in the FORM TOOLS interface.
I have created my FORM in Dreamweaver CS3 using some SPRY Validation fields.

Did you check the codes behind the website to see if there were OK ?

( I had provided the LINK to that web page in my other comments )

THANKS FOR HELPING.

I'm glad I came across your comments because I'm looking for similar articles as well. People can play using their touchscreen, a keyboard with the up, down, and spacebar keys, a mouse with the left click, and an A button on a controller.
